With a distinguished career in education spanning over a decade, Chaitanya P is a dedicated academic leader committed to fostering excellence in teaching and administration. Holding a Master’s degree in Arts (M.A.) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), she has made significant contributions to multiple esteemed institutions, shaping young minds with her expertise and visionary leadership.
Chaitanya began her journey as a teacher at PVS School and later served in Global Indian International School, Hyderabad, and Prachin Global School, Hyderabad, where she honed her skills in curriculum development, student engagement, and pedagogy innovation.
Since 2016, she has been an integral part of PNC Cognitio School, where she has served as a Coordinator and Administrator, playing a pivotal role in the school’s growth and operational excellence. Her strong leadership, administrative expertise, and strategic approach have significantly contributed to streamlining school operations, enhancing academic standards, and fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
As the Principal of PNC Cognitio School, Chaitanya continues to uphold the institution’s mission of holistic education. She is known for her student-centric approach, faculty empowerment initiatives, and commitment to integrating innovative teaching methodologies. With her extensive experience in school leadership, she remains dedicated to academic excellence, discipline, and progressive education, ensuring that every child receives quality learning experiences that prepare them for the future.

Mrs. Kavitha Chandran is the Principal- ICSE at PNC Cognitio school, Whitefield. She has over 30 years of experience in the education industry. With her inherent skills in operations and a deep passion for academics, she follows a simple principle- “A place for everything and everything in place.” She has had impactful roles with prestigious and renowned educational institutes all over India. A quick summary of her stints includes Cluny Convent (Bangalore), St Anthony’s convent (Jalandhar, Punjab), Global Indian International School (Hyderabad), Red Bridge International (Bangalore), National Public School (Bangalore) and Presidency group of institutions (Bangalore). In short, an expert administrator who is adept at all aspects of administration as well as the heart of an educationist, who constantly strives to enhance the learning experience. The field of education has undergone a tremendous transformation in recent years, with technology playing a key role in enhancing the learning experience for students. However, with the advent of virtual modes of teaching, teachers are faced with new challenges that make delivering a comprehensive curriculum more complex than ever before. To help alleviate these challenges, Mrs Kavitha Chandran and senior faculty at PNCC ICSE have developed an innovative in-house tool called SOAR – a Simplified Organized Agile Roadmap for Classroom Teaching. SOAR is a task-by-task detailed roadmap for each lesson for each class. This innovative tool empowers teachers to impart learning in a precise and consistent manner, ensuring that students receive a well-rounded education. This initiative is a small example of her consistent efforts at making the best out of technology and at the same time making it simple for teachers and fun for the students. Embracing the school philosophy that “Every child matters”, Mrs. Kavitha Chandran thrives in defining and implementing tailored attention to each child so that they grow up into happy and successful global citizen.
